Booking Information

Online reservations require a card guarantee to secure your booking. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is transferable to another date within one month of your original booking date.

For groups of more than 18 people, please contact us directly by calling 0161 238 8700 or via our contact form.

Challenge 25: We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, please bring valid photo ID to enjoy alcoholic drinks.

Booths are allocated based on group size. Any changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge for reductions in group size made without prior notice; such charges are non-refundable.

Bookings will be held for 15 minutes from your reservation time. If you are running late, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please be aware that during peak periods, late arrivals are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee your room will be held. No additional time will be granted for late arrivals during busy periods — please allow sufficient time to check in.

All members of the same party must select the same tariff or package (including Happy Hour, Birthday, and Stag & Hen packages). Any unused bar spend is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Extensions are available in 30-minute increments at £7pp (Sunday–Thursday) or £8.50pp (Friday & Saturday), and include a complimentary round of shots on the house. Extensions are charged for the same number of persons as the original booking unless a change is notified in advance to a K2 staff member.

All bookings, extensions, and packages are subject to availability.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, including on bank holidays and special occasions.

A 7.5% service charge will be applied to all bookings. During the festive season, from 16 November 2026 to 2 January 2027, a mandatory 12.5% service charge will apply to all bookings.

Bank Holiday rates (charged at Friday & Saturday rates) apply on Boxing Day (26 December) and New Year’s Day (1 January).

Venue Information

All guests must be 18 years of age or over and must present a valid form of photo ID to be scanned upon arrival. This is a mandatory condition of our premises licence. Entry will not be permitted without valid identification. The only exception is guests attending a pre-booked Children’s Party package, subject to the conditions below.

Children’s Parties: All guests attending a children’s party must vacate the venue by 8 PM. No alcohol may be consumed in the same room as underage guests. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times. Children’s party packages include 3 soft drinks per child and a food platter for the room. Included items are non-transferable and have no cash value.

K2 Karaoke operates a strict entry policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

K2 Karaoke is under 24-hour CCTV surveillance.

Any personal information collected from you is handled in strict accordance with UK GDPR and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

K2 Karaoke operates a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive, violent, or abusive behaviour directed at our staff or any member of the public on our premises. Any person in violation may be removed at the discretion of our door supervisors and management.

We reserve the right to refuse entry at any time, at the discretion of our door supervisors and management.

We reserve the right to charge for damages caused intentionally or negligently, including loss or damage to equipment, and for smoking or drug use anywhere within the venue. Any person in violation may be removed at the discretion of our door supervisors and management.
