Booking Information

Online reservations will require a card guarantee to secure your booking.
All reservations will be required to pay a 20% deposit which is non-refundable but transferable to another date within 1 month of your booking. For bookings of more than 18 people, please get in touch directly by calling us on 0161 238 8700 or through the contact form.

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will lose the deposit placed at the time of booking.

Booths are allocated based on group size, therefore any changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking. We reserve the right to charge for cancellations within the group without prior notice which is non-refundable.

Bookings will be held for 15 minutes from your reservation time. In the case of late arrivals, please give us a call to let us know and we can attempt to accommodate you and keep your timeslot. Please be aware that at peak periods, this will be subject to availability and we cannot guarantee a room for late arrivals. During busy periods, any late arrivals will not be given extra time, therefore, please ensure you leave sufficient time to check-in.

All members in the same party must select the same tariff or package.
Any remaining bar spend is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Extensions will be charged for the same number of persons as the initial booking unless notified in advance to a K2 staff member.

Bookings, extensions and packages are subject to availability.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, especially in cases of bank holidays and special holidays.

There will be a 5% service charge applied to all bookings.

During the Christmas Period, a 12.5% service charge will apply to all bookings (21 November 2023 to 1 January 2024).

Venue Information

All guests must be 18 and over and present a valid form of photo I.D. to be scanned on arrival. This is mandatory and a condition of our license. You will not be able to enter the venue without valid identification.

In the case of a children’s party, all guests must leave before 8 pm and no alcohol may be consumed in the same room as underage parties. Children must be accompanied by persons over the age of 18.

K2 Karaoke operates a strict entry policy to ensure that all guests are in a safe and secure environment to enjoy our nights carefree and leave in good spirits.

K2 Karaoke is under 24-hour CCTV operation.

Following recent changes to Data Protection, we emphasise that any personal information taken from you remains strictly secure, confidential and GDPR compliant.

K2 Karaoke does not tolerate aggressive or violent behaviour towards our staff or any member of the public within our premises under any circumstances. Any person in violation may be removed from the premises at the discretion of the door supervisors and K2 management.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to the venue at any time at the discretion of the door supervisors and K2 management.

We reserve the right to charge for damages caused intentionally or negligently, lost or stolen equipment and for smoking or drug use within any areas of the venue. Any person in violation may be removed from the premises at the discretion of the door supervisors and K2 management.
